UST Blogcon, October 11, 2014, Beato Angelico AVR, UST

Better late than never! Here are some snapshots from the UST Blogcon 2014. The blogcon was held on a Saturday and unfortunately, I had classes. Luckily though, it was held in my building so I was able to sneak-in during breaks. It was my first time to attend this annual gathering of bloggers which my University hosts, and I only found out about this because Ate Kisty is one of the speakers. I totally missed the morning sesh a.k.a. where most of my favorite bloggers will talk namely, Kisty Mea, Abbey Sy, and Arriane Serafico. My classes ended at lunch so by then, I met ate Kisty who was in the middle of a photo op with her readers. We also took selfies (I don't have a copy of our photos though). After that, we ate lunch and I gave her a little tour of the University of Santo Tomas. I'm a big fan of hers and I met her 3 years ago when she was still a red head. She is so nice and I'm happy to get to know her more that day. :) After lunch, she had to go somewhere so I went back to the blogcon. I then heard Ate Reese's talk and I became a bigger fan after that. haha. She's also very nice and friendly and she even gave me a hug and she liked my hair because it reminded her of Merida (Brave). hahaha.

On the night I purchased my own domain, the stars were brightly shining and the moon whispers beautiful words to my ears. My happiness can be compared to a lost little turtle finding its mommy turtle among the billions of turtles out in the sea. I.AM.JUST.SO.HAPPY! *squeals* 

I purchased raellarina.net a few nights ago but it was only just last night when I finally changed it. You can still access my blog through raellarina.blogspot.com though and you'll be redirected to my new url. :)

Why .net? Truth be told, it took me a lot of thinking before finally getting .net instead of .com. I actually researched about it and thought that .net is more appropriate for my blog since this is a network rather than a commercial site. Plus, .net sounds pretty cool! hihi. I asked my mom too of what she likes best and she said .net so that's when I finally decided to go for it.

Anyway, thank you so much for all your words of encouragement in my last post. I highly appreciate them. Thank you! I will never give-up and I hope you guys will not too. :))

Last Saturday, August 4, 2012, I went to the Tumblr Fair with my mom at the San Juan Gym! I was originally blogging via Tumblr before I switched here in blogspot so I had so much fun at this event!

I finally met these lovely ladies namely Dianne Dequina, Erika Rodica, and Kisty Mea! I read their blogs especially Ate Kisty's which I read and back-read everyday! haha :) It was my first time to attend a bloggers event like this and meeting fellow bloggers was like meeting celebrities :-* They're so sweet and friendly too!
